Adidas and Samsung are the new dynamic duo on the block


Together, they make miCoach, it's a bit like Nike+ except they utilise a touchscreen quad-band slider mobile and a pedometer that you put on your trainers.
It also comes with a separate heart-rate monitor -- so you can check that your heart burn isn't actually a heart attack -- and you can keep constant track of your running stats on the phone.
There's even the facility to sync your music on the go, so it's about time you dig out your 80s workout track and sweatbands.
